I've had two recent extraordinary fabulous experiences! My Honda CRV developed an audible exhaust leak under the engine, and a mild thumping right front end and a previous garage ( who I shall not name) replaced the right front axle bearing and stated that it needed replacement of the entire "rusted" exhaust system - estimate $2000+ dollars. I brought my beloved vehicle to Fast Muffler for a second opinion on the exhaust and to reevaluate the still thumping noise right front end. I was greeted warmly by Robert, and he put the vehicle on the lift. I could see and hear the gap in the catalytic converter, and he demonstrated to me that the R front axle bearing (recently replaced by another shop) was wobbly. He took the time to deconstruct and show me how all the parts work together and noticed"minimal " rust in the undercarriage and exhaust system. Ultimately he replaced the catalytic converter and fixed the axle bearing - all for a very reasonable price. The entire shop operation was impressive, professional, educational , and thoughtful process. I trust Robert and staff to be my go to mechanics for quality repair and maintenance!! As an older woman I was respected, not talked down to, and had an exceptional experience!! Joanne D
